Shipping & Returns
All ready-made items will be shipped within 1 week. Made to order items (such as personliased backpacks, tassel garlands, pom pom garlands and abacuses) have a 3 week processing time . Please check each individual product listing for specific timeframes. If you place an order for multiple items, including a made to order item, they will be shipped together at the later date.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA: We offer free express shipping Australia wide for orders over $120 (flat rate of $8 for orders under $120). We send our domestic orders via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on which city you are located in. Please check their website for expected delivery times. Our shipping postcode is 2158.
INTERNATIONAL: We send our international orders via Australia Post using standard shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. See below for a shipping time estimate as provided by Australia Post.
New Zealand: 5 business days between major metro areas
USA: 5 business days between major metro areas
Canada: 9 business days between major metro areas
UK: 6 business days between major metro areas

PLEASE NOTE: While we guarantee that we will process your order in the specified processing times, once we ship your order we have no control over how long the shipping will take. We can only provide a shipping time estimate as provided by Australia Post. Please allow extra time for delivery during COVID.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
A full refund or exchange will be issued provided the item is returned in its original packaging and is in the same condition it was sent. If the item is returned in a used condition which we can not resell, we have the right to refuse an exchange or refund. The return postage is at the customers expense. PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE STOCK CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
